Invitation for AFRY case excursion on Wednesday 1.2.2023 at 15-19 o’clock AFRY Management Consulting invites engineering, forestry and business students who are close to their graduation and interested in bio-based industries and/or energy markets to spend an evening at our Otaniemi collaboration space (Otakaari 27, 02150 Espoo) to learn more about our business.

Summer Jobs at the Department of Applied Physics 2023 (DL Jan 25)

The Department of Applied Physics is offering multiple summer employee positions for summer 2023 in theoretical, computational and experimental physics.

Deadline for the applications is January 25, 2023.

The department arranges two summer job info sessions where you can come meet the research groups and hear details about the projects. The info sessions are on Tuesday Jan 17 at 10-12 and on Wednesday Jan 18 at 12-14 in the lobby of Nanotalo-building.

Looking to make the most out of a wintery Helsinki? Come and enjoy the snow (and ice) and do some sledding with friends! ❄️

CHEM is heading to Kaivopuisto, the traditional scene for many teekkari sledding misadventures over the years during laskiainen in February. Let’s get a head start and hit the slopes for a few hours in the most picturesque parts of Helsinki. We will depart from Otaniemi metro station at 13:00, arriving at the park at ~13:45. Sleds will be provided. 🌟☃️🌲
